Tech Discussion – What’s So Special About iPhone 3GS:
Jordan and Jake discuss what’s new with the iPhone 3GS; things like a faster processor, just about doubling its original speed, along with voice recognition, voice command and a built in compass. Clocking in at around $200 for the standard 16GB version ($300 for 32GB), the reasonable price shouldn’t be turning away any of the iPhone’s loyal users. Other new features include an updated camera (3 megapixels) with touch screen focussing and a video camera with editing software. Also, the iPhone 3G has now dropped down to only $99, attracting more entry level iPhone users.
Tech Discussion – Apple’s Snow Leopard Vs. Windows 7:
Gizmodo.com has taken the time to compare and contrast the new Snow Leopard and Windows 7. The final verdict: the two new operating systems seem to be well matched. Both of them have upgraded their speed with 64 bit processing and boast great new media features as well as simplified data back up solutions.

The social networking giant, Facebook, is now offering the option to set up personalized URL’s, making linking to a user’s page much easier. Defeats the long-winded searching by name and region; now it’s just an easy to remember URL. This new feature also helps businesses that market through Facebook to bring traffic to their page .
Tech Discussion – New Algorithm Tracks Use of Copyrighted Music on YouTube and Facebook:
Has the internet piracy crusade gone too far? Jordan talks about his frustration with his uploaded videos being stripped of their soundtracks due to ‘copyright infringement’. The line between fair use and piracy is becoming more and more blurred as the paranoid witch hunt becomes automated.
